This site is a portal to the online, electronic lab notebooks of researchers working the Computational Materials Science research group at the University of Kentucky.  The group is lead by Prof. Matthew Beck in the Chemical & Materials Engineering Department.

Each group member is assigned their own site on a subdomain of http://128.163.149.234/beckgroup_wpeln/.  Each site (including this main group site, or portal) is a WordPress blog.  The set of sites is a WordPress network via WP’s multisite capability. The network of sites is administered and hosted on a server owned and operated by Prof. Beck.

Access to the group member subdomain sites (their ELNs) is restricted to registered users of the WordPress network.  To request registration, please email Prof. Beck.  Registered users may login here, and access group member ELNs from the Member Sites page.

Once logged in, a grey admin bar will appear at the top of your browser window.  You may use that bar to link to all sites on this portal for which you are a user.  You may also access your sites “Dashboard”, which is the control panel for your site.  Please see Administering your ELN for information about settings for your site.  You may also add new posts, media, etc., to your ELN through links on the admin bar.
